The Andhra Pradesh CID has named Telugu Desam Party national president and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the alleged Amaravati capital city Inner Ring Road alignment violations case, when he is already facing a legal issue and is under 14-day judicial remand in a case related to alleged scam in Skill Development programme.
