Super Mario 3D World Speed Run: World 3-1 Snowball Park in 022 as Luigi

I chose Luigi because he has the highest non-spin jump from icy ground and also Year of Luigi. I am aware it's slightly improvable as right after the pipe I could go straight to the right (and up the blocks) by performing a Dash to Crouch to Attack to Regular jump to keep the slightly fast Long Jump speed. The insane ice speed glitch is simple to do, just run and then mash the crouch button. You'll gain a lot of speed. I didn't discover this glitch.
