Bodycam DUI Arrest - Drunk 21-Year-Old Crashes into a Parked Car

On August 27, 2023, Oxford police officers responded to a vehicle accident. The 21-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle indicated that an oncoming driver swerved into her lane and in order to avoid hitting head-on, she swerved and hit a parked car. Officers suspected she might have consumed alcohol, so she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. Just before being arrested and handcuffed, she admitted to consuming "4 or 5" White Claws. She was taken to the Oxford police station, where the police report indicates she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.164% BAC.
