40 min INTENSE FULL BODY STRENGTH | DUMBBELL WORKOUT | No repeat

40 minutes full body let’s go!!! Grab your dumbbells and let’s work through these compound and isolation exercises with dumbbells to increase strength, endurance, core stability and finish feeling accomplished!! For reference, the weights we are using are 5kg x 2 dumbbells and 3kg x 2 dumbbells. If you want to use heavier weights go slow and controlled for a full range of motion. If you have lighter weights or you don’t have any dumbbells you can use water bottles! To make it more effective simply perform more reps than us and at a slightly faster pace. This workout includes a 5 minute warmup and a nice cooldown at the end. THE WORKOUT Warmup (30 seconds each / no rest): 1. Squat to hip rotation 2. Lunge stretch 3. Wide leg stretch 4. Walkouts into cobra 5. Butt kicks 6. High knees 7. Jumping jacks 8. Squats 9. Side lunges Workout (45 seconds each/15 seconds rest): 10. Goblet squat 11. Dead lift 12. Reverse lunge 13. Reverse lunge & curl (right) 14. Reverse lunge & curl (left) 15. Front squats 16. Double pulse sumo squats 17. Squat press 18. Curl & press 19. Deadlift & Row 20. Underhand row 21. Curtsey lunges & front raise 22. Lateral raise 23. Kneeling into squat + triceps extension 24. Side lunge & raise 25. Glute bridge 26. Chest press 27. Skull crusher 28. Toe touches 29. Leg raises 30.
