INGREDIENTS 4 egg yolks 250g (1 cup) of cream cheese 230g (3/4 cup) of condensed milk 4 egg whites Powdered sugar METHOD 1. In a mixing bowl add the egg yolks, and cream cheese and mix with the electric mixer. Add the condensed milk and continue mixing to combine all. 2. In a bowl add the egg whites and mix with the electric mixer until they are stiff. 3. Gradually add the whipped egg whites with a spatula to the mixing bowl and mix them all together. 4. Pour the mixture into the plumcake mold (25x10cm - mold size) and level it up with the spatula. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes. 5.
