Ingredients: 200g semi-sweet dark chocolate 100 ml whipping cream (hot) 400 ml whipping cream (cold) Directions: 1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Add the hot whipping cream and mix until combine. 2. Whip the cold whipping cream. To whip fast I put the whipping cream into the freezer for 10-15 min and bowl with whisks for about 5 min to cool. 3. When the whipped cream form a soft peak start to add the chocolate. 4. Use a piping bag to put the mousse. This step is optional. 5. Serve it now or put it into the fridge for about 2 hours. 6. Enjoy it!
