Home Vlog! It has been way too long since I have put out a home vlog and do a little keto home cooking for you. Today I made a delicous and simple hambuger recipe and talk about my diet and about giving up food with intermittent fasting. You can expect a lot more content coming over the next few months as I work towards my goal of Riding Hagrids at Universal Islands of Adventure this fall. Thanks for watching Here is the recipe 1.5 lbs of ground beef Half a tablespoon of ground pepper half a tablespoon of garlic Powder Half a Tablespoon of Onion Powder 3 Crushed cloves of Garlic Half a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce Two Whole Eggs Mix Well, form into patties. Fry Burgers after the flip add a dollop of butter to each burger to seep into all the cracks and crannies. When the burgers are done carefully set aside In the pan with the burger drippings add 1lb of clean sliced mushrooms and cook over medium high heat. Add butter if needed. When mushrooms are nice and brown add 1 to 1.25 cups of heavy cream and a tablespoon of Beef Bullion. Let simmer until it is a smooth thick sauce. Spoon over Burgers , Serve with Cauliflower tots.
