Xian Muslim Quarters | Muslim Food in the City Of The Terracotta Warriors

Took a visit to the Muslim Quarters in Xian. A place you might know about because of the Terracotta Warriors. It was fascinating to learn how the Muslim quarter developed over the centuries and to try all the different cuisine which is quite different from Chinese food from the rest of the region. I also have a go at making Biang Biang noodles.
