I-Team: Owners see uptick in Baltimore-area dirt bike thefts

Dirt bike owners in the Baltimore area say their property is being stolen despite security measures. In one Dundalk case, the owners said they're seeing an uptick in this type of crime after their bikes were stolen from garages. Security video showed thieves breaking the lock on the garage door, raising it enough for one of them to slide through.
