Woman K!lled On Her F@rm In Trelawny/JBN

Woman K!lled On Her F@rm In Trelawny/JBN Assistant Commissioner of Police Jermaine Delattibudiere, the officer in charge of crime for Trelawny, says a suspect is in custody in relation to the behe@ding of a woman in Clarke’s Town. The nvde body of 59-year-old Valerie ‘Ms P’ Thompson, of Hampshire Lane, also in Clarke’s Town, was found in bushes about 8:30 last night. Police report that Thompson left her home about 8:00 am to attend to her farm. An alarm was raised by members of her family after she was not seen up to 6:00 pm. The body had multiple chop wounds. The police believe that she was sexu@lly assaulted and then k!lled. They also believed that she put up a fight based on the number of chop wounds to the body. Delattibudiere condemned the killing and said that no effort would be spared in bringing the attacker to justice. “This is a most unfortunate incident and we are now working with some strong leads,” said Delattibudiere. The behe@ding of Thompson is the second such incident in western Jamaica this week. On Wednesday, the police discovered the partially decomposed body of a man, whose head was also severed, in bushes in Coral Gardens, St James.
