The first story mission is called "In The Beginning" , and it has already been completed. That mission is just a cut-scene that shows Tommy arriving in Vice City. A Starter Save is when all side-missions, collectables, etc are completed prior to doing the mission 'An Old Friend' . Normally that would also include maxing out all of Tommy's money, etc, but this video is limited to essentials. This saved-game starts at 21;18, which is the same time at the beginning of the game. Technically it actually starts at 21;16, because after the game is first loaded up, there’s 2 seconds of visual fade-in before you can actually see the time display. Here's a list of what has been completed: Tommy has never been Wasted or Busted. Tommy has the following: 1) He is wearing the dark brown Tracksuit. 2) All available Safehouses have been purchased. The following side-missions have been completed: 1) Firefighter Mission 2) Paramedic Mission 3) Taxi Mission 4) Vigilante Mission 5) Pizza Boy Top Fun Vans RC Bandit Race: Completed RC Baron Race: Completed RC Raider Pickup: Completed Also, the following Challenges have been completed: 1) PCJ Playground 2) Cone Crazy 3) Trial by Dirt 4) Test Track And, all of the Stadium Events have been completed: 1) Dirtring 2) Blood Ring 3) Hotring In addition to all of that: 1) 100 out of 100 Hidden packages have been found 2) 35 out of 35 Rampages have been passed 3) 15 out of 15 Stores have been robbed 4) 35 out of 36 Unique Stunt Jumps have been completed The missing unique jump becomes available once G-Spotlight is accessed from the Film Studio. Go up the elevator, an it's the jump directly after the cut scene. As for some of the other jumps, I used various vehicles to jump onto the roofs. 5) I collected the unique vehicles from the 'Trial by Dirt' and 'Test Track' races (all-black Sanchez and all-black Rancher) 6) I collected Ken Rosenburg's unique Admiral. There are no failed missions.
