Second set. Trying to back down a bit because of acute pain in my shoulders. Been training my Shoulders, Upper chest, Biceps, Upper back and Calves just over 3 months compared to the other lifts and muscles ive been training. So early injury not a good sign. So i left some in the tank too. Video quality not the best. I tried pausing at the bottom each time.
