Article 29 protects the culture, language, and script of any section of Indian citizens. No citizen can be denied admission to educational institutions maintained by the State on grounds of religion, race, caste, or language. 🔹 Article 30 (अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकार) Religious and linguistic minorities have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice. The State cannot discriminate while granting aid. 🔹 Article 32 (संवैधानिक उपचार का अधिकार) Called the “Heart and Soul of the Constitution” by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
