New Ultra Shortcut on DS Delfino Square [MKWii TAS]

Here is a new Ultra Shortcut on DS Delfino Square! This saves 12 seconds on Flap, and should save some time on 3lap as well. Ghost DL: https://mkwtas.com/track.php?name=DS_... The speedometer shows my horizontal moving speed. In the latter part of video I put the run with the Visible Collision Track by Epik95, a checkpoint map by Blounard and vector and facing direction display. In vector display Red bar represents my Engine Speed (or Internal Velocity) and Green shows External Velocity (momentum I have) for horizontal axis. -What Im doing here is: I start doing a tech called Supergrind on the steep slope to gain External Velocity on the downhill. Thanks to Outward Drifting Bike mechanics it gets 220 of EV before the ejection. And after hitting the wall directly, almost all of horizontal EV is converted into 100 of upwards EV which gives me a huge bounce to get over the invisible wall. Then clip off of the top of the invisible wall to redirect my Engine Speed to the left. This clipping allows me to avoid hitting the previous lap area. You can see Engine Speed is being redirected on the vector display at around 0:48, and how close I am to hitting the previous lap by seeing the path I've traveled on the checkpoint map (purple lateral line means the goal line). -As an aside you can do the ultra even with a respawn if you fall into where checkpoint extends, though its slower by around 1.5 seconds than no respawn. #MarioKartWii #マリオカートWii
