How to Make a Japanese 7-Eleven Egg Sandwich at Home

Japan’s 7-Eleven egg salad sandwich is soft, fluffy, and insanely creamy — and I had to try and recreate it. ▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 4 hard boiled eggs 3tbsp mayonnaise 1tsp of sugar Salt and pepper to taste Bread ▬ Recipe ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 1. Separate the eggwhites and eggyolks 2. Chop up the eggwhites of 2 eggs 3. Agg the eggyollks in a bowl 4. Smash them with a fork until there are no lumps left 5. Add the mayonnaise, the eggwhites and the sugar 6. Season with salt and pepper 7. Give it a good mix 8.
