Chia Seed Pudding You Actually Want To Eat | Meal Prep

I’ll be making 2 types of chia seed pudding in this video for meal prep, my standard superfood chia pudding which is loaded with my favorite seeds and dried fruits, and a chocolate salted caramel flavor, which tastes so decadent but is packed with vitamins and fiber. There’s no added sugar in either of these recipes. They are both vegan and super easy to make! The portioned out jars make these chia puddings perfect for your weekly meal prep.
