The Hunger Games: Catching Fire - US/Canadian Bluray Comparison

As I count down the days till my birthday, I will be comparing the USA version and the Canadian version of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire on Bluray. The reason of comparing the two versions together is that I had a couple of bonus features missing from my Best Buy Exclusive of The Hunger Games. I'm guessing that issue was a manufacturing problem, but I'm not too sure; from thereon when the sequel (Catching Fire) came out on Bluray, I wanted to compare the special features and see what was missing and what was not.
