I ended up writing a verse to it towards the end of August in 2023. I was actually on my way back to Buffalo for Benny The Butcher's Gold Plaque Party (for his song “Johnny P Caddy” with J Cole) and missed my flight out of Phoenix. I remember being hella frustrated in that moment but decided to channel my emotions into music. Fast forward to last week, I slid over TheHomieBigRich's crib and while finishing up the verse we decided to record an in-studio music video. The thought was so random, we didn't even have the camera charged, so we shot it off of my iPhone! Which brings us to now, I’m dropping the video today as a tribute for my homie John Doe’s 30th birthday! 🕊️ “We made history in the chi, even had a 30 ft mural of my guy!” 💯 Long Live Doe!
