With the counting of only a few seats left, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday emerged victorious as it has so far clinched 126 seats, ending BJP's 15-year reign over MCD. A little over 50 per cent of the eligible voters exercised their franchise on December 4 to seal the fate of 1,349 civic poll candidates in 250 wards. It is a three-way contest between AAP, BJP and Congress.
