eBay C64: Numerous Faults & Repairs (250407)

This C64 had been in the wars. After cleaning and fixing some obvious faults, it lead me a merry dance, despite repeatedly passing diagnostic tests! The diag cart reported the bad RAM (which I should have paid more attention to) but missed a flaky PLA and a glitchy SID.
