New program allows voters to drive up, drop off ballot in San Joaquin County

Voters in San Joaquin County don't even have to get out of their car to cast their votes early. The registrar of voters office is offering a program called "Drive Up Democracy". Registered voters with mail-in ballots can drop them off at two popular commuter stations.
