However, when he arrives, a group of thugs tries to intimidate him. Wei responds the only way he knows how — with fists. After clearing the street, he enters the Golden Koi to complete the favor. This mission acts as a tutorial for "Face" reputation and unlocks Wei’s first field report on Winston Chu. 🏃 Night Market Chase Winston assigns Wei to hunt down Ming, a dealer who switched allegiance to rival gang boss Dogeyes. After speaking to Kwan, Wei spots Ming and a high-speed chase breaks out across the markets, rooftops, and alleys of Hong Kong. The pursuit ends at a gang hideout where Wei takes down waves of thugs using brutal environmental combat. On the rooftop, Wei confronts Ming in a knife fight and beats him into submission. 🚓 Police then storm the rooftop and arrest Wei, unaware of his undercover status. Inspector Jane Teng questions him until Pendrew intervenes. After this mission, players unlock the open world free-roam mode, Wei’s North Point apartment, and access to his first motorcycle: the 270 DX. 🚛 Stick Up and Delivery Wei expresses frustration at being Winston’s errand boy. Jackie convinces him to hijack a shipment of Dogeyes’ watches to prove themselves. The mission begins with a brawl at a guarded warehouse, introducing new enemy types like brawlers and thugs with knives and crowbars. After fighting off two waves of enemies, Wei and Jackie pursue the escaping cargo van through Hong Kong traffic. With cops joining the chase, players must use aggressive driving or speed to escape the red zone.
