In a mixer add 2 cup grated coconut, 2 cup water blend well and to a bowl strain the blended mixture. In a bowl add 1/2 cup coconut milk,1/4 cup cornflour mix well. In a pan add the 1 1/2 glass thick coconut milk, add 1/2 cup milk maid or sugar, when it boils add cornflour and mix well. Pour it to the greased mould and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Our easy coconut milk is pudding ready.
