Over the weekend the Fed changed the ‘Fed fund Rate’, now targeted at 0% to .25%. In addition, launched a $700B quantitative easing program. What does this mean? And why should we care? Recently, the Fed has taken all sorts of measures to counter the economic slowdown driven by the Pandemic.
