History Made as British Queen Shakes Hand of Ex-IRA Leader
Britain's Queen Elizabeth has shaken hands with the former commander of the IRA, the republican armed group that waged a three-decade war against British rule in Northern Ireland. An IRA bomb killed the Queen's cousin in 1979. Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
