The CS also sent a stern warning to lazy security officials who condone criminality in their areas of jurisdiction. addressing a gathering at Mwongori high school in Borabu sub-county, Nyamira county, DR Matiangi decried the rising insecurity levels in Kisii and Nyamira counties and declared that such security bosses will face the sack.
