Recipe: Ingredients: Mushroom Semolina/Rava/Sooji Rice flour Turmeric/Haldi Red Chilli Powder/Mirchi Powder Salt Oil Process 1. Clean Mushrooms with a wet cloth and cut lengthwise into 2 pieces. 2. Take Rava in a plate. Add rice flour, Salt, Haldi and Mirchi Powder and mix well. 3. Heat tawa, pour little oil and spread. 4. Dip the Mushroom in the Rava mixture so that it is completely covered and place on the pan. 5. After 5 to 7 minutes, flip the mushrooms, drizzle little oil if necessary, and continue to cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. 6. Tasty Mushroom kaapa are ready! Serve hot! Tip: I have used Virgin coconut oil as I feel it enhances the taste.
