Mass protest against austerity turns violent in Greece

Violence breaks out after a mass protest march against new austerity measures in Greece. More than 50,000 people joined the rally to parliament. Police said eight officers were hurt and more than 30 protesters were arrested. The march, during a general strike, came a day after more violent protests in Spain against planned budget cuts.
