Donald Trump warned on Halloween that investors would 'lose a lot of money,' if Democrats win control of Congress next week. The Dow was up 400 points on Tuesday after a tumultuous start to the week. Still, with hours left to to go before the markets closed for the final time in October, the index was down by 5.9 percent for the month, CNBC reported. 'I will say this, they're waiting for the results of the midterms,'Trump declared at a White House event on Thursday.
