Do not forget to like, share and subscribe. #Healthy #Chickpeas #salad #ChanaChaat #Vegan For Kolhapuri Masala: Dry Ingredients- 1 cup Coriander (Dhania) Seeds, 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera), 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut, 1 tsp Sesame seeds (Til seeds), 1/2 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns, 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini), 1/2 tablespoon Poppy seeds 1/4 tsp Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds), 1 tsp Fennel seeds (Saunf) - Roast All Wet Ingredients- Heat 1 tsp Cooking oil, 1 Onion (roughly chopped) , 10 cloves Garlic, 1 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , 1/4 cup Red chili powder- ( Grind Both Dry and Wet Ingredients Together ) Note: In place of Kolhapuri Masala you can add chat masala and red chilli powder.
