This is a great OIL-FREE VEGAN salad dressing that you can enjoy with your favorite greens :) 1 Tb. dry roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) not sunflower seeds like I said in the video...lol 1 Tb. almond meal, or almond butter (just beware if the almond butter has salt so you can adjust the salt in the recipe) 3-5 fresh cilantro sprigs 1/2 garlic clove 2 Tb. soy milk-unsweetened- or any non-dairy milk of choice :) 1 to 1 1/2 Tb. water 1/4 tsp salt freshly ground pepper 1 tsp Stoneground Mustard or Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp lemon juice This dressing can also be used on sandwiches instead of mayo, you might want to leave it a little less runny than you would for using it as salad dressing.
