Brussels Sprouts Pizza with Gouda Makes 6 to 8 servings Brussels sprouts don’t get enough attention as a pizza topping, but this recipe is going to change that. The roasted sprouts are paired with savory roasted garlic and mild Gouda cheese for a winning combination that is perfect with a salad for a light dinner or cut into small pieces for a party snack. Buy the sprouts pre-shaved, or to do it yourself slice across the top of the sprouts (rather down the side), stopping once you hit the tough core. 1 tablespoon finely chopped roasted garlic (about 7 cloves) 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 1 lb pizza dough, defrosted if frozen 2 cups shredded Brussels sprouts ½ cup shredded Gouda cheese 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 13x18-inch baking sheet or pizza pan. 2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil and salt. Set aside. 3. Roll or stretch the dough to the edges of the baking sheet. Spread with the garlic mixture, then sprinkle with Brussels sprouts. Bake until the sprouts are browned and the crust is golden, about 13 minutes. Sprinkle with Gouda then return to the oven just until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing and serving. Share your creations with us with #GoodThings365 About Whole Foods Market 365: Whole Foods Market 365™ is changing the grocery shopping experience.
