Full Download link: https://www.lonelychaser-subs.net/2025/08/... This is a 35mm film scan of a clip from the 1987 live-action adaptation of Shakotan Boogie, produced by Toei. Initially, this film was only ever released on VHS and LD, without even a DVD to its name. It has been put on streaming in recent years, but it uses a tape master and not a film-based transfer. This makes this the first and only native HD version of this film. The 35mm film print of this movie was acquired by MartyMcFlies of LonelyChaser Fansubs, and scanned by us in 4K. It was then subbed by our friends over at LonelyChaser Fansubs as well. The print was a little dirty, but no restoration has been applied here, so what you see is the film's natural state. Enjoy!
