POE Blight Death Seismic Exsanguinate Saboteur
Corrupted T15 Grotto Map. Only dangerous map mod was Players have X% reduced effect of Non-Curse Auras from Skills (drastically reduces defenses from your auras) At first glance it looks like I got hit with Exposure then died. But after watching the video a few more times I believe the death was due to multiple auto attacks or projectiles they were able to get through my lowered defenses due to the map mod.
