Xiao C1 F2P 40K Plunge Dmg Average Alone without Any Buffs
The reason i still belive in 15% anemo + 18% atk artifacts build is my current build already good enough for F2P. So my resource can be used for new character or make my support stronger. For full hp average dmg plunge in world around 38-42k and with under 50% hp average dmg plunge can reach 46k (once again without any buff and alone).
