Rep. Young refutes President Obama on Balanced Budget Amendment on House floor
After President Obama said a Balanced Budget Amendment was necessary for Congress to do its job, Rep. Todd Young went to the House floor to point out that throughout our history amendments have been made to the Constitution precisely because Congress couldn't be trusted to do it's job. Today, we can't trust Washington to spend less, and a Balanced Budget Amendment will make sure they do.
