Southern vs. Louisville: The Louisville Cardinals locked things down in the 2nd half and pulled away from Southern University on the way to a 72-60 win. It was a balanced scoring game for the Cards, as Noah Locke led the way with 16 points, Matt Cross added 15, and Samuell Williamson chipped in 14 points and 14 rebounds in the win. The Louisville defense held Southern to just 31% shooting in the game and forced 14 turnovers on the way to the victory. Brion Whitley led all scorers with 17 points in a losing effort.
