After finally escaping the nightmare at the mall, Heather tries to take the subway home but gets let off at the wrong stop. She finds herself within the confines of a random fenced-in construction site. Determined to make it back home, she climbs through the window of an adjacent office building in an attempt to escape. But while exploring the corridors of the vacant building, Heather is suddenly struck with a sharp, piercing pain in her head and she is dragged back into the twisted, hellish nightmare that she thought was over.
