Hey guys! Wrap gifts with me! I'm exposing all my favorite tips and tricks to wrapping the most beautiful gifts ever!! The resin incense I bought: https://amzn.to/2WzDFgA *Funny enough, in the reviews it seems other people had the same idea and ordered the incense to remind them of Christmas at church as well! Tortellini recipe: Ingredients: Half stick of butter (4 tbsp) Sage (I used 2 tbsp, but adjust it to however much you like) 1/2 cup white wine (my favorite to use for sauces is Pinot Grigio/Gris) 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (shreds, or parmigiano reggianno, grated) Salt (to taste) *Salted pasta water Sauce: Melt 1/2 stick of butter in pan and let it get golden brown over medium-high heat, add in sage and crisp for a minute or two. Add in white wine, cook for 1-2 minutes, add in heavy whipping cream, and reduce until sauce coats the back of a spoon (nappe consistency, google this term for a better idea of how thick the sauce should be, if you're new to making cream sauces). Add in cooked tortellini, parmesan cheese, and about 1/4 cup of pasta water (adjust accordingly). Stir until cheese is melted, and sauce has coated tortellini. Serve with additional parmesan cheese! *** Just before draining tortellini, reserve about half a cup of pasta water, the starch in the water helps thicken your sauce and also helps the sauce stick to your pasta.
