Father Chris Bazyouros "Our discipleship is based not on our skills and what we can do, on the knowledge we have, and the connections we make," Father Chris Bazyouros tells us in his homily for the 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time. "Our discipleship is based upon the invitation and sustaining power of God, that God sends us out, he calls us, he sends us to our mission, and he sustains us in that mission. And he calls forth gifts from us — gifts that he gives us — to be used for that mission of building up the kingdom of God."
