Day 4 of a real-time embodiment practice. Today didn’t feel dramatic. No big fear. No inspiration. Just that subtle sense of “I’ll do it tomorrow” — which I’m noticing can be one of the most insidious forms of resistance. In this video, I reflect on how expansion often doesn’t feel like fear at all, but like tiredness, procrastination, or staying with what’s familiar. I talk about repetition, nervous system conditioning, and why doing the thing while the resistance is present is often what creates the shift. This series is a documentation of transformation, as it unfolds in real time.
