Strain the water and let it rest in a big bowl for 5 minutes. Boil the potato until it's cooked. Once it's cooled down, grate it into the bowl with chire. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, besan, rice flour, salt, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough. Apply some oil on your hands and rub it to prevent sticking. Take a small portion from the dough and shape it into a flattened round shape. Sprinkle some semolina or suji on both sides of the flattened dough to coat it. Heat oil in a frying pan and brush it to evenly distribute the oil. Place the flattened round dough in the pan and fry it on medium flame. Fry the dough on both sides until it turns golden brown and crispy.
