Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:- Roasting onion and capsicum is optional however it enhances the flavor. Use homemade curd. Garnish it with the kasuri methi and coriander leaves to enhance the taste. Adding curd helps to make curry creamy, you can also add cream or cashew paste. Adjust the spices as per the requirement and serve it hot for the better taste. Whist the curd properly before adding. Cook the besan properly, otherwise, the rawness of besan will not give a good taste to the sabji. 🔔Please subscribe to Zayka Ka Tadka to get regular cooking videos from all over the world: https://www.youtube.com/zaykakatadka?...
