If you love Biscoff desserts, this one’s for you 🍪🍦 I turned my all-time favourite @biscoff_in cookie into a no-churn ice cream that’s creamy, comforting, and packed with that iconic caramelised crunch. Easy to make, no machine needed, and perfect for every dessert craving. Here’s the recipe for my ultimate biscoff cheesecake icecream- Ingredients- 1/2 cup biscoff spread 8-10 biscoff biscuits as needed 200g condensed milk 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cream cheese 300g chilled whipping cream 1/3 cup icing sugar Dash of vanilla Process - We’ll start by whipping our dairy based whipping cream to soft peaks, then we’ll gradually add the icing sugar while beating constantly. Beat until it reaches semi stiff peaks. Then add in some cream cheese, vanilla extract, condensed milk and our star ingredient biscoff spread! Gently combine until smooth and with that the filling is ready. Then in your mould, layer this 1/3 at a time along with streaks of more biscoff spread and lots of crushed biscoff biscuits! That will add a proper cheesecake like texture and crunch to our icecream. Finish it off with a biscoff swirl on top.
