Chest CT: Subtle Right Anterior Sternoclavicular (SC) Dislocation

This is a 60-something female with an atraumatic right sternoclavicular (SC) joint dislocation or subluxation. This was an incidental and very subtle finding on a chest CT obtained for cancer screening. She has no pain and responded well to conservative management.
