It’s better to speak up and say something wrong sometimes than to hold yourself back from saying anything at all. Don’t worry too much about saying the wrong thing. It’s far more detrimental to be silent and unknown. The best leaders and employees take risks; they sometimes put forth ideas that don’t turn out to be winners.
