Public Hearing Conditional Use Permit for Home Based Business, Tax Map 16-4-30, 13 Durgin Drive 2. Public Hearing -Zoning Ordinance Zoning Ordinance Definitions Section and Section XIII– Revisions of entire accessory dwelling unit definition and ordinance to ensure compliance with revised NH RSA 674. Zoning Ordinance Section XX– Amendment of to the uses allowed within the Commercial District to allow multifamily uses to ensure compliance with revised NH RSA 674:78. Discussion : Citizens Petition for Zoning Ordinance Amendment Section XXXIV 4, Number, Spacing, and Width of Access Point4: Low, Medium, and High-Volume Driveways Secondary unpaved driveway shall be permitted to a parcel or serving a continuously owned parcel for agricultural purposes provided that the secondary driveway meets the stated purposed of this Section including safety and efficiency.
