[FIX] No Recovery Mode for iMac, Macbook Fix - Cannot Access Recovery Mode Fix

Recently, we had an issue with a late 2013 iMac. After upgrading it to Catalina, the iMac started to act up and it is running really really slow. I've decided to format the main hard drive and re-install an older Mac OS X, but I couldn't access the recovery mode by pressing the command + r or the option key on my keyboard....
