High Point University Caine Conservatory

Two side-by-side, 147’ long, Neo-Classical Georgian-Style, ornate facilities connected with a 15’ wide, 2,293 SF open-air Loggia with an ice melt system under the slate pavers. One facility, called the “Classroom Building”, consists of 7,364 SF of interior space with three porches totaling 1,153 SF. It includes classrooms, full-service kitchen, serving area, dining area, offices, and a “Head House” area for the Conservatory. The second facility, called the “Conservatory”, consists of 8,135 SF with a 738 SF entrance porch. It includes two 864 SF greenhouses on the wings separated with an internal glass wall from the 7,364 SF Conservatory.
