Tristan has acknowledged having sez with Maralee though claims it was only once, except in court documents it is alleged that he had been seeing her for at least 5 months before his birthday and continued to do so afterwards. Kardashian and Thompson broke up in July after model Sydney Chase claimed in an April interview that he had slept with her. Thompson had also been spotted entering a Bel Air birthday party with 3 women and coming out 30 minutes later looking disheveled. Khloe, Tristan and their reps have not commented but Khloe is posting cryptic messages on her Instagram.
